"A moderate by definition is one of three things; somebody who sits around and waits for a majority to form and then joins it, a conservative who is pro-choice, or a liberal."

- OR Liberals Go Spastic Over Willamette Week Editorial On Pro-Life Truck Rebel. [Like Dracula cringing upon the sight of the cross, liberals go into fits over truck driver with photos of aborted babies. The truth is ugly. Abortion DOES literally rip off arms, legs, heads of tiny babies. Condone, but don't look at what you condone. That's the liberal's motto. It doesn't matter that the editorial was intended to be unflattering. They resent that this trucker was given ANY attention at all.]

Bob Jenson, R-Pendleton, the lone Republican voting to send the bill on. He said that did not mean he would support the bill. [Another Gordon Smith style Republican? I may, I may not. I do today, but I may not tomorrow. I know I voted for it yesterday, sort of, but I didn't vote for it the next time.] (News & Review)
- Oregonians Not Bothering To File for Telephone Tax Refund. [Maybe they are already too "red taped" to death for every penny they get to keep. Time for a flat tax.
