Today, I enjoyed a conversation with a Legal Immigrant from Columbia who doesn't think Illegal Aliens are a problem in the US today.

He explained how we would see more activity on the part of our Government to make corrective changes if Illegal Aliens were truly a concern.

This immediately followed a conversation we had involving others when he was complaining about President Bush wanting to make changes in the Social Security System.

I guess the President is part of his Government.

TV News showed there was NO, Zero, Nyet traffic slowdown on I-5 South of the Interstate Bridge this morning.

Hwy 26 at Cedar Hills did have a bit of slowing, but not as usual.

All other freeways were running Freely!! How about that?

It looks as $2.40 a gallon did the trick . . . the Boycott is on.

Now we have those Oil Producing Country's where we want them!

A.C.

P.S. Do you think Shell and Chevron will be offering Free dinner ware any time soon?

KPTV 12 News this am is featuring a remote broadcast from the Union Products Show in Porkland and one item they have featured is a new John Deere Lawn Tractor.

Correct me if I am wrong, but as I know all John Deere Tractors, except for the Biggest models, are all produced in Asia.

But then, perhaps like Honda they may have started installing the decals and boxing them for shipment in the US. Wave the flag!!!

Now that's
Green Business as we all know cardboard is recyclable!

Migrant Criminals only seeking a crop to harvest

What's amazing is how many Illegal Aliens have warrants for their arrest from all over the US, however few if any of those warrants are extraditable if those charged with a crime are apprehended later outside of the jurisdiction.

All the arresting City or County wants is for them to leave the area and not return.

I can't blame them. It sure beats the cost of a Public Defender(s), Interpreter(s), jailing, feeding and quite likely being stuck with having to keep their family fat, healthy, housed and all the kids educated until they are released from jail or prison.

Knowing this help me understand why Law enforcement agencies are so hesitant to enforce Federal Border Laws as the Counties and Cities find it easier and cheaper to just keep them Migrating from here to there, and to there, and to there.

A caller to Lars Larson's program today told of recognizing how Criminals from Mexico would prefer doing their nasty business in the US as they fear the Mexican Police, Mexican Jails and most certainly the Mexican Prisons.

That makes sense, as here they will not be stopped on the street and investigated as they are in Mexico, they won't be arrested even if they are known to be in the US Illegally, if they are ever arrested they will likely be released on their own recognizance or given a small bail that friends and family can easily cover and if they do time in jail or prison its a far better place than anything in Mexico and best yet, they will face much shorter sentences.

Now, if you were a professional criminal where would you want to do business?

Those who can remember know well how Fidel Castro took advantage of the United States when we began to accept any Cuban who asked to leave his then newly formed communist state.

One of the first things Fidel did was to empty his Prisons and Mental Institutions and deliver them to our shores and not only that, we paid for the boat rides. Talk about embracing Diversity!!

But then we took all the criminals and whackos from Czechoslovakia in the late 50's when communism gained control there.

Now, we have Mexico's Presidente Fox sending his Mentally Deranged, Uneducated, Unemployed and Hard Core Criminals here and reaping the benefits of them sending their bounty back to him.

Looks as Fidel finally got out-Foxed and we get the bag, again.

Headline: Ted Kulongoski to give us California's stricter auto air pollution standards this year.

Hot dang, we better hurry on with that perfect answer for what ails Oregon. As if the price of Gas and the slipping economy won't reduce emissions enough.

Out of touch, disconnected from reality, prone to fanaticize! Am I wrong, but doesn't Sleepy Ted show all the behaviors of a Heavy Pot Smoker?

As the CNN weekend anchor asked a guest in reference to the hand-cuffing of a Kindergarten 5 year old, "what were they supposed to do, she was . . . Hitting!" Oh my God, run for the safe room!!

This is a case where appropriate and equal force should have been used. Are they not aware of TAZER's?

I would have suggested Duct Tape, however that may have proven more traumatizing as its a tool commonly used by the deviants and perverts who loiter in children's neighborhoods.

Remember, we are not to make judgments on someone's sexual preferences, are we?

I have just realized that I am an Anti-illegal-immigrant-ist and thus a member of the Anti-illegalimmigrantarianism movement.

That's almost as good as joining the antidisestablishmentarianism movement and equally as long a word, but no Guinness record.

Headline: Let's make Oregon a usury-free state

http://www.oregonlive.com/news/oregonian/ david_reinhard/index.ssf?/base/editorial/ 111425055491720.xml&coll=7

As I recall, Oregon's Usury laws were changed some years back making them the worst in allowing lenders to abuse borrowers and as I recall the Little Peoples Friend, Ron Wyden was instrumental in bringing that all about.

And, as I recall soon after that several large New York based Credit Card lenders set up shop in Oregon so as to advantage that new ability, then only found available to them in Oregon.

That's the way I recall events occurred. Am I wrong? Are my years now limiting my memory?

My sincerest apologies to the Little Peoples Friend if I am wrong on this little piece of memory.

Two separate News stories from Salem this AM alone. Is there a discernable pattern here?

House of Cards or a Stacked Deck? Simple enough, the Portland City Council wants to own PGE and Ted Kulongoski supports that idea as it fits their model of the City being the incubator for Socialism in the US.

No more petri dish lab experiments, its time to let the flower of Socialism bloom and where better than Portland with its gathering of cultured followers.

Soon electric utilities will have the ability to provide telephone and www services and that combined with water and sewer completes the package. Cap that off with local income and property taxing ability with unlimited permit and licensing and your world is theirs.

Big brother is about to become a Big Daddy!

Who would have ever imagined how all this could spring from a few Building Permit Regulations?

Three cheers for Cowlitz County's Sales Tax idea as a way to stop Meth. By golly I must admit the bureaucrats of Cowlitz County have hit the mark with their idea of promoting a County Meth Sales Tax. And, I am amazed they would openly acknowledge the fact, that if you want less of something you only need to tax it.

I'm a bit puzzled as to how they would collect their 1% Meth Sales tax but I'm certain they have it all figured out before they announced the concept, as that's what governments do. I bet the rails are greased.

So, I say lets not stop there and lets Unionize all the Meth Cooks and Dealers. I can see the picket signs now demanding better working conditions, health care and greater profit sharing. Best yet they need not worry about changing picket line crews every twelve hours.

Simple enough, just as legitimate business we can tax and financially strangle the Meth producers and dealers to such a point they move the whole shebang to China or wherever else where they are not inhibited by government intervention and unions as they are here in the US.

Government to run more like private enterprise, ODOT Not! For years I have joined the chorus calling for Government to run more like private enterprise. But now I see the error to my way as it seems they have done just that, and all to well thank you.

No, they didn't adopt the rules of financial responsibility as what most of us taxpayers had desired.

However, they have recognized the benefits that come with expansion of any enterprise and the many opportunities for career advancement that can result from such an effort.

Nothing like the promise of a Management PERS package to inspire the lowest staffer to help in making mountains of mole hills and the more hills the better for all.

My advice is to not get in front of a Bureaucrat Wanna-be who is ripe for a new agency (or expansion of an existing program) where they might also become a Director.

Headline: Governor signs bill to help unemployed workers

Extending un-employment benefits is helpful. However, it might be better if he gave them all the money in one lump sum as then they could rent a U-Haul Truck and get away from Oregon.

Isn't it amazing how soon after Neil's Platinum Bubble burst the clouds seem to have cleared and even the Democrats are singing, I can see things more clearly now?

Example:

School Administrators may soon loose their Golden Parachute retirement packages
and Taxpayers may soon be free of those . . . Lead Anchors!!

What I would like to see is a program where Oregon businesses Posted Signs stating,

For Your Protection

All employees have been screened and confirmed having the Legal Right to Work in the United States

And in the case of an eatery,

All employees identifications

have been verified including
Food Handling Permits

Oregon Gov. Kulongoski urged lawmakers to OK his transportation plan to upgrade non-highway transportation systems, including airports, ports and rail.

http://www.katu.com/stories/76602.html

Gee whiz Ted, none of those methods of transportation are subject to ODOT's economy damaging, bladder bursting, lengthy closures that allow ODOT's accident investigators to gather data that's only purpose is to create work for ODOT staff and to justify the program.

Ted is using his head on this idea as how could ODOT re-create an air, ship or railway accident and close the entire system during the process?

The idea of investigating traffic accidents likely sounded pretty good to our Legislature several years ago but few ever imagined ODOT would create such an economy busting bureaucracy.

Lets see if they support Ted's idea to take the road less traveled?

Tuesday, April 19, 2005

During KATU's Marion County news report tonight, they told of how Comcast has donated $24 thousand dollars to support a program at Salem Hospital where new-borns are given 'Reading Kits.'

The kits look to include among other items some crayons and a book that tells parents how to teach their children reading.

Oh yes, they did mention they were available in Spanish as well as English and even pictured a Spanish booklet. How inclusive!

Myself I would have preferred they taught the parents geography by showing them the road home and math as they count the miles.

I have no idea what they have planned with developing a Salem Regional Employment Center however knowing how Government works in Oregon I suspect they might find greater success with building Mastodon Nests.

Headline: One million years ago elephants roamed the earth. Then along came humans.

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=96&e=1&u=/space/prehistorichumanswipedoutelephants No way!! Everybody knows Indigenous Peoples always lived in harmony with nature and became one with all the animals until we Ugly Conservative Republican Americans came along, raping the Earth with reckless abandon.

Who ever wrote that story had better go back to school, in Oregon.

Today's Statesman/Journal shows the names of 23 people convicted last week of drunken driving in Marion County.

11 of the 23 are Hispanic and almost 50% of the total.

Sunday, April 17, 2005

Its time to make the Piper Pay! In today's April 17th edition, the Statesman/Journal argues a good editorial position that children of illegal aliens are entitled to in-state tuition at Oregon state universities, as Oregon businesses have encouraged their parents to immigrate to the US illegally.

I see the value of that argument, however
I think it far better to identify the parent's specific employer(s) and charge them with the $12,000.00 or equal the annual discount.

Otherwise, all taxpayers in Oregon will be forced to share in the burden and forced to unfairly subsidize the > magnet employer > who alone has already benefited from the lower cost employee(s).

Oregon certainly doesn't need to add more frosting to the carrot and encourage even more illegal immigration. Allen Crosby

A responsible sounding caller to Lars Larson today told of visiting Cesar Chavez Elementary School last Saturday in Eugene, Oregon.

That was where he observed the Mexican Consulate and the State of Oregon conducting a Special event for Illegal Aliens from Mexico and helping them gain Metricula Counselor Cards for their use as legal ID here in the US. Note: That card does for them what a Birth Certificate does for us.

He told of video taping State employees with DMV and the Oregon Employment Division
(the same folks that herd us around like goats) conducting an 'Outreach Effort' for the benefit of the Illegals and providing that Special Service in . . . Spanish.

I wasn't there and can't confirm the story. However, with no other callers disputing his words I find it quite plausible and in keeping with Oregon Government histories of encouraging the invasion of Illegal Immigrants.

The Faces of Meth. Note the time frames and how much they once looked like our coworkers, friends, neighbors or family.

I have been trying to locate
these photos ever since I first viewed them as I was staggered by what I saw. Excuse me if you have already seen them.

We can't help them but we can feed, clothe and welcome the many criminal aliens who earn their way across our border by bringing with them the poison that is killing these people and then taking their jobs as they fail.

Talk about a Jobs program! Will the Insanity ever end?

Tuesday, April 12, 2005

Its a Perfect Time of year to call for Taxpayers to stop and think.

People don't become excited about paying to support Illegal Aliens as much as paying more for gas as they see the Gas money as cash coming directly out of their pockets.

However, once a year around April 15, they should be reminded of how much of their hard earned money that has been placed in reserve for taxes, could just as well go to benefit their Family and their Children's future, and not those who have invited themselves to our country and now demand we give them what we deny fellow US citizens.

All Taxpayers need do is call, write or e-mail their legislators and say NO.

Sunday, April 10, 2005

Last week during a City budget committee meeting, Salem Police Chief Walt Meyers proudly reported his office has made "good head- way in Diversity."

He explained that 25 of those persons taking a recent employment exam were Bilingual.

He didn't mention what percentage they compromised of the total and what other language skills they enjoyed, however the answer to that question is obvious.

I assume from this he is telling us they are well on their way to creating a Police Force that is heavily Hispanic with knowing few English speaking US Citizens find value in learning Spanish as here its seen as common to a failed culture and lawless society.

What's the benefit of supporting sub-excellence unless the goal is to create and exploit a separate and un-equal, sub-culture? Are we grooming a labor-force to allow competition with Asia?

Boy, 4, taken to hospital for head injuries after being hit by van

A 4 -year-old boy was struck and seriously injured late Thursday in a North Salem parking lot, police said.

The boy, Carlos Mora-Ochoa
of Salem, was riding a razor-style scooter across the Circle K parking lot, 4170 Portland Road NE, about
9:25 p.m., when he rode away from his father and older brother and into the path of a van, Salem police Lt. Dave Okada said.

The van struck and dragged Mora-Ochoa about 30 feet before stopping, Okada said.
